Not really. They would be shams and blasphemies in the eyes of the lord.

Also, if they stole Christian terminology in order to name them, then that would be offensive and should be banned.

Anyway, this debate seems to be pretty much over now.

I have won.

It is hard to tell when you are being serious and when you are being sarcastic. You just don't ever seem to get that someone might not have the same veiws as you, and that you might not be right. You are arguing an entirely different point than me. You are trying to say that gay marrage is a sin, and I'm trying to say that the government has no right to stop people from getting married, which is the point of the thread. Therefore, since I am right, by your own arguement, I win.

Is it?

I get that.

It's just that I am right this time. All of my arguments (which you have not refuted) here have been flawless and remain unscathed by your protestations.

That is because you threadjacked and are now arguing about something very different.

Ha ha!

Nice try, but no you don't.

I am the winner.

WFT, what is there not to get.
Marrage-religoius.
My religion is ok with gays.
Because it is only relgious, no one can take away gays rights to be married by my religion.

Your religion-doesn't like gays.
You do not have to acknowledge gays as married.

Just because You do not acknowledge them, doesn't mean they and other people can't and don't.

You have gone crazy.

How is any of that an argument for Government sponsored gay sex?

It isn't government sponsored just because they stop banning it. Your original argument was that government has no right to give out marriage licenses in the first place, and my counter argument was that then they can't ban gay marriage. The government in the states that have made it legal aren't forcing everyone to be gay, they are just accepting the current gays.

Ha ha! That makes no sense!

If Guvmint gives the gays the AOK, then they're sponsoring their gaysex. Which is offensive to the church and unconstitutional.

You make no scence. First, offending the church is not unconstitutional, the church is seprate for the state, remember? And you can allow something, but not spesificly sponsor it.
